Recruitment Specialist

Prague, Czechia

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process end-to-end, including talent mapping, sourcing, headhunting, interviewing, and offer management

• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and ensure a high-quality hiring process

• Coordinate and facilitate both online and onsite interviews

• Lead salary negotiations and manage the offer and contract process, including internal approvals

• Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience

• Contribute to employer branding initiatives across social media and other platforms

• Support daily HR operations and administrative processes

• Assist team in organizing recruitment events, job fairs, and internal company events

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• 1–2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment

• Experience in technical recruitment is a plus

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Fluent in English and Czech or Slovak
