Contract Commerce Manager
Vienna, Austria

Your Mission:

• Contract Strategy & Risk Control:

Manage the full contract lifecycle — review bidding documents, identify risks, and propose practical solutions. Draft and negotiate key commercial and legal clauses to protect the company’s interests.

• Contract Execution:

Lead and monitor contract fulfillment, including purchase orders, change requests, and related tasks. Act as the main contact for internal teams to ensure timely and compliant execution.

• Sales Project Support:

Support sales projects with contract assessments, risk identification, and decision-making guidance to ensure alignment with company objectives.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams to clarify contract terms, answer questions, and ensure all stakeholders understand and follow contract obligations.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor degree or above in Law or relevant studies
• Solid understanding of contract law and commercial regulations, ideally with experience in a law firm or an international trade environment.
• Strong ability to identify risks and propose commercially sound solutions. High attention to detail.
• Curious, quick learner with an analytical mindset and motivation to develop into a contract expert.
• Comfortable working in a multicultural environment and collaborating with diverse teams.
• Fluency in German and English at a professional/business level.
