Contract Commerce Manager

Your Mission:

- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Manage the full contract lifecycle — review bidding documents, identify risks, and propose practical solutions. Draft and negotiate key commercial and legal clauses to protect the company’s interests.
Lead and monitor contract fulfillment, including purchase orders, change requests, and related tasks. Act as the main contact for internal teams to ensure timely and compliant execution.
Support sales projects with contract assessments, risk identification, and decision-making guidance to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Work closely with internal teams to clarify contract terms, answer questions, and ensure all stakeholders understand and follow contract obligations.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor degree or above in Law or relevant studies
- Solid understanding of contract law and commercial regulations, ideally with experience in a law firm or an international trade environment.
- Strong ability to identify risks and propose commercially sound solutions. High attention to detail.
- Curious, quick learner with an analytical mindset and motivation to develop into a contract expert.
- Comfortable working in a multicultural environment and collaborating with diverse teams.
- Fluency in German and English at a professional/business level.
