Solution Management Trainee Program

Prague, Czech

Main Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the preparation of solution proposals, bid responses, and product configurations
• Supporting the generation of configurations for contracts, purchase orders (POs), and quotations based on clear project requirements
• Ensuring technical accuracy in all configuration documents
• Implementing sourcing and product solutions under expert guidance
• Adapting configurations based on contract changes and updates
• Collaborating in cross-functional teams and contributing to real-life customer solutions

Requirements:

• Final-year students or recent Bachelor’s graduates – preferably in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
• Curious and eager to learn about telecom products and network solutions
• Basic understanding of product configuration principles is a plus (we’ll help you learn!)
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and motivated
• Fluent in English and Czech
