Compliance Management Specialist

Your Mission:
As a Compliance Management Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the organization’s operations comply with local laws and regulations. You will be at the forefront of compliance and risk management efforts, supporting the implementation of compliance measures, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring that compliance management tasks are carried out effectively within the department. By utilizing compliance management methods, you will play a critical role in safeguarding the company’s operations and supporting business growth while maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity.
Your Profile: We are looking for an individual who is detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to upholding the highest compliance standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility and a positive, can-do attitude. You should possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a strong ability to coordinate and manage compliance tasks. If you have a background in compliance or risk management, are proficient in English (Czech and Mandarin are a plus), and are ready to grow in a dynamic environment, this role could be the perfect fit for you.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage compliance and risk management efforts within the department, ensuring that business operations comply with local laws and regulations.
- Use compliance management methods to gain insights into key business tasks and identify potential compliance issues.
- Plan and organize the implementation of key compliance management tasks, while tracking the achievement of compliance-related KPIs.
- Support the integration of compliance management requirements into business operations and ensure the tracking and implementation of compliance tasks.
- Maintain comprehensive compliance management records and ensure that they are up-to-date and well-organized.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in any field (preferably in science, engineering, legal affairs, or business administration).
- A background in Chinese studies is a plus.
- Experience: Fresh graduates or those with 2+ years of relevant compliance and risk management experience are preferred.
- Languages: Fluent in English (written and spoken) and Czech. Knowledge of Mandarin Chinese is an advantage.
- Skills: Proficient in computer operations and office software.
