Junior Solution Manager

Prague, Czech

Your Mission:

• Design and deliver technical solutions in areas like mobile networks, internet (IP), and IT systems.
  
• Support sales teams by preparing project offers (quotations, BOMs) and helping with bids.
  
• Work closely with account managers and different departments to make sure projects run smoothly.
  
• Get hands-on experience analyzing customer needs and matching them with the right solutions.
  
• Join business negotiations and learn how contracts are managed and improved.
  
• Stay up to date with the latest telecom trends and take part in events, exhibitions, and workshops.
  
• Gain valuable project management and teamwork skills while following professional processes (SOPs).

Your Profile:

• Bachelor Degree is required, preferred in STEM studies (Science, technology, Engineering and mathematics)
• Basic knowledge of telecommunication industry and first experiences would be an asset
• Hands-on mentality, eager to learn and develop yourself continuously
• Team player with good communication skills
• Able to work full-time and can work under pressure
• Love to work in a diversified and cross culture organization
• Business fluent in English and Czech (both spoken and written)
