Partner Development Manager
Vienna, Austria
Main Responsibilities:
Channel Development & Management
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners in the IP network & Storage technology domain.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing partners, ensuring alignment with Huawei’s strategic goals.
Sales Enablement
• Support partners in achieving sales targets for Huawei IP network & Storage solutions (e.g., campus switches, data center switches, WLAN, SAN/NAS Storage, Backup Storage).
• Provide training, tools, and resources to enable partners to effectively sell Huawei solutions.
Market Expansion
• Analyze market trends and customer needs in Austria to develop effective channel strategies.
• Drive go-to-market initiatives with partners, including joint marketing campaigns and customer engagement activities.
Performance Management
• Monitor partner performance and provide guidance for business growth.
• Establish KPIs and regularly report on partner activities, sales performance, and pipeline status.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Marketing, ICT or related qualification will be an advantage
At least 3 years of sufficient experience
In-depth understanding of IP network & Storage technologies
Strong knowledge of channel sales models and partner ecosystems within the ICT industry
Understanding of local market dynamics and regulatory environment in Austria related to enterprise IT and networking infrastructure.
Experience with channel incentive programs, partner lifecycle management, and CRM tools
Fluent knowledge of English and German language is mandatory
