Supply Chain Specialist

Prague, Czechia

Your Mission:

• Monitor factory production planning to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
• Keep customers and relevant internal teams updated on order status.
• Coordinate with the Purchase Order Specialist to monitor and support the purchase order appraisal process.
• Collaborate with logistics teams on customs clearance, warehousing, and local distribution activities.
• Track and monitor international transportation to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage logistics suppliers and support project logistics coordination.
• Conduct inventory management, analysis, and periodic stock counts.
• Oversee logistics procurement and ensure compliance with customs clearance regulations.
• Collect and verify Proof of Delivery (POD) documents.
• Monitor and evaluate local suppliers’ performance to ensure service quality.
• Manage logistics-related payments and maintain accurate records.
• Handle local delivery bookings and coordinate last-mile logistics.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the Supply Chain Manager.

Your Profile:

• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• Experience in logistics or supply chain operations
• Proficiency in MS office, especially Excel
• Proactive and team oriented personality with high flexibility and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent analytical skills and results-oriented approach
• Knowledge of corporate managerial system, such as ERP
• Business Fluency in English , Fluent Czech language
• Interpersonal skills, organizational skills and writing skills
