Junior Solution Specialist

Join us as a Junior Solution Specialist and grow your expertise in PV (solar) and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).

What will you do?

As a Junior Solution Specialist, you will learn and work with experienced engineers on:

• Designing solar (PV) + battery (BESS) solutions, including system layout and architecture, component sizing and selection, battery configuration and energy management systems (EMS).

• Preparing technical solutions and proposals for large-scale solar and battery projects

• Supporting sales and customers through technical presentations and workshops, answering technical questions, helping with tender and bidding documents.

• Performing technical studies, such as energy production simulations, battery charge/discharge analysis, safety, lifetime, and ROI calculations.

• Assisting during project implementation, including system commissioning, testing, configuration, and troubleshooting.

• Learning about latest trends in solar and energy storage technologies

• Participating in technical trainings for partners and internal teams

👉 Full training and support will be provided – this is a junior role with growth opportunities.

Requirements:

You are a Bachelor’s last year student or graduate in: Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Communications, Automation, Computer Science, Mechatronics, Power Systems or a similar technical field

• Have good communication skills and can explain technical ideas simply

• Like problem-solving and analysis

• Are responsible, motivated, patient, and detail-oriented

• Enjoy working in a team

• Can use MS Office (basic level is enough)

• Czech language - advance level.
