Junior HR Operations Specialist
Vienna, Austria
What You’ll Be Doing:
Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support
Prepare HR/Recruitment operational reports, trackers, and data summaries
Support with organizing HR-related meetings, prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and track action items
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, files, and databases
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality across all HR materials
Support job posting administration and documentation
What We’re Looking For:
Completed commercial or administrative education (e.g. Economic University or relevant studies/Certificates: HAK, HAS, etc..)
First experience in HR administration or an assistant role is an advantage
Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
High attention to detail and structured working style
Reliable, well-organized, and service-oriented
Good written and verbal communication skills in German; English is an advantage
