Junior IP Network Solution Engineer

Bratislava, Slovakia

Are you passionate about networking, telecom technologies, and modern communication systems?

Huawei Slovakia is looking for ambitious graduates and young professionals who want to build a career in solution engineering and work on real projects for leading telecom operators and enterprise customers.

No extensive experience is required — we will provide training, mentoring, and hands-on exposure to cutting-edge technologies.

Main Responsibilities:

• Participate in designing IP and datacom solutions for telecom and enterprise customers

• Support preparation of customer proposals, workshops, and technical presentations

• Work with routing, switching, and modern network technologies in laboratory and customer environments

• Participate in proof-of-concept demonstrations and solution testing

• Collaborate with sales, delivery, and technical teams to develop customer solutions

• Learn Huawei and industry-standard networking technologies through structured training and mentoring

• Contribute to customer projects from solution design through implementation support

• Develop technical expertise and build a career path toward Solution Manager or Solution Architect roles

What You Will Learn:

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or final-year student in Telecommunications, Networking, Computer Science, or related field

• Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs)

• Interest in IP/datacom technologies and willingness to learn

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Proactive attitude and ability to work in an international environment

• English language skills required

• Knowledge of BGP, OSPF, or Huawei/Cisco networking technologies is an advantage, not mandatory

• Training and mentoring will be provided.
