Energy Customer Service Engineer

What You’ll Be Doing:
Responsible for level 1 technical support, provide solution to customer via email, phone and other channels
Output customer issue analysis report, improve customers’ satisfaction
Onsite support for major or critical problems
What We’re Looking For:
Education: Technical University degree (electrical/power/electronics…etc.)
Graduate in 2025/2026 or 2027
Ability to cooperate and work with peoples from different cultures
Preferable 1-year customer support experience
Fluent in English and Czech
Good customer communication skills
Know the basic MS office product (excel, words..etc)
Ability to travel.
Being interested / motivated to learn about renewable energy
Power system or renewable energy industry related experience will be a plus
