Senior IP Solution Manager

Czech Republic, Prague

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior IP Solution Manager to drive technical solution development and business growth across IP networking opportunities. The successful candidate will work closely with customers, sales teams, and technical experts to design competitive solutions, support strategic projects, and contribute to the development of next-generation IP network architectures.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support customers in designing enterprise and carrier IP networking solutions.

• Conduct technical workshops, presentations, and solution demonstrations.

• Prepare technical proposals, BoQ/BoM, and tender documentation.

• Collaborate with Sales to develop customer solution strategies and support business growth.

• Design and validate Proof of Concept (PoC) environments and pilot projects.

• Provide technical consulting throughout the sales lifecycle.

• Stay up to date with emerging IP networking technologies and market trends.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in IP networking, pre-sales, solution architecture, or network engineering.

• Strong knowledge of enterprise or carrier IP networking.

• Experience with several of the following: BGP, OSPF, MPLS, EVPN/VXLAN, QoS, Segment Routing, SD-WAN, or Data Center Networking.

• Customer-facing presentation and communication skills.

• Experience preparing technical proposals or tenders is an advantage.

• Professional English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with carrier networks, enterprise networking, data center networking, or cloud networking solutions.

• Industry certifications such as:

  • CCNP / CCIE

  • JNCIP / JNCIE

  • HCIP / HCIE

  • or equivalent certifications.

• Understanding of competitive IP networking market trends and solution positioning.
