Service sales specialist

Prague, Czech Republic

This role combines service sales support, commercial activities, project coordination, and customer engagement within Huawei's ICT service business.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Insight and manage the sales opportunities

• Capable of project coordination

• Understand and accurately convey customer requirements, promoting Huawei solutions through effective technical presentation & customer engagement.

• Work closely with Account Management and other departments to ensure successful project deliveries

• Participate in consulting and delivery service projects - involve in requirement analysis, solution design, SOC response, proposal write up, document preparation etc.

• Offer design, business design, profit management

• Contract review, risky point analysis

• Have the well knowledge of office software: word, excel, ppt, outlook, etc.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's or master's degree preferred in Information Technology, Telecommunication, or related studies

• Basic knowledge of telecommunication industry and first experiences would be an asset, but not mandatory

• Interest in Telecommunications technologies and willingness to learn

• Proactive and results-oriented approach with willingness to take ownership of tasks. Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic business environment.

• Czech and English communication skills are required. Knowledge of Chinese language is welcome but not required.
