Quality and Operations Engineer

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Organize the development and management of key tasks and KPIs of the rep office, ensure effective breakdown and implementation of strategies, and support the achievement of organizational goals.

• Continuously strengthen the management system of the rep office, and support key tasks such as decision-making support, ISO certification, quality management, risk management, and compliance support.

• Implement digitalization and transformation initiatives in accordance with the HQ and regional digitalization and transformation management plans, and achieve digital operations of rep office business in different scenarios.

• In accordance with company policy requirements, implement key archive management and administrative document management requirements, and ensure the safety management of physical storage facilities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proficient in using basic office software and possessing fundamental professional skills in management and operations.

• Mastery of basic knowledge and methods related to strategic management, performance management, quality management, risk management, compliance management, ISO certification, etc.

• Be familiar with basic digital tools and methods, and be able to apply them to operations and management.

• Has a strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

• Skilled in analyzing problems, identifying root causes, and utilizing relevant resources to resolve complex issues that span departments and fields.

• Be able to handle a certain level of stress and gradually build one's influence through job performance and contributions.

• Fresh graduates or those with some experience in operations, risk management, or compliance management are preferred.

• Bachelor's degree or above

• Chinese and English Language
